Wow, I really enjoyed this. I can really relate to much of what the two of you discussed. Of course my dysfunctions all seem to stem from a traumatic brain injury I suffered as a child rather than a chemical imbalance. I can definitely relate to the sluggishness in writing a book. I am currently writing a science/historical fiction book, and it has taken me about 6 months to get 30 single spaced written pages typed out, so I definitely want to try an get a grip on this. My goal is to try and get at least one typewritten page a day completed, no matter how many hours it takes per day to write it. My doc, a neuropsychologist who specializes in people with head injuries has described what little I have written as epic in scope, so that is encouraging. I am great at character and plot development, however when it comes down to putting pen to paper, I really suck at it.

Did you try setting alarms on you phone with rewards? That works for me
