Sentomaru is not weak, he was taught haki by an admiral. Even though Lucci secretly attacked him, he was still able to block it. It's just that he was too subjective, thinking that the attack didn't penetrate him enough. And his observation haki is not bad, I think sentomaru is one level higher than vergo. And vergo is as strong as x drake. Sentomaru will be 400,000. Sentomaru is not weak, it's just that he has encountered many strong people. So it's too early to say that any admiral or aokiji should be near or above luffy
