This is a B2B upsell and marketing play. Sell it to cake makers, party halls, and get a Disney license to put characters on the candles. You should get into as many businesses as possible and market where to find them on your site. If you want to go DTC, sell gift boxes with your candles to justify the shipping cost and method.

What? Barbara is better for this as she has Daisy Cakes. These are candles for cakes. I would have chosen Barbara big time, even at the higher percentage, but I would have tried to talk her down to 15% first, then 20% if needed.

Update: there is no hard evidence the deal with Lori closed.Let Them Eat Candles expanded the line to include candles shaped like bunches of balloons, the numbers 0 - 9, and messages like, “Happy Birthday,” “It’s A Party,” etc etc

So, 1 minute time is ridiculous. If you have a child with 10 candles, by the time you light the tenth one, the first one is OUT! Never buy this. Makes sense, maybe, if you can blow one out in seconds....but who does that? One candle would not last for lighting and singing happy birthday.
