I think the people who want to give away a tiny percentage to "protect" their other investors are not seeing it the right way. That would be fine if they didn't expect the sharks to force multiply their business, but they do. You aren't just asking them for money so YOU can go to work for THEM making THEM money. The risk is in leasing. They have to provide the machines now, but take back the cost of them month by month. If company goes bankrupt, it is almost impossible to collect the rest of the money from lessees due to lack of service.
