So much potential. If it really was as bad as you say, I will respect you're judgement. I , however, saw flawless animation and great use of lighting, and have but one thing to say. This had the potential to make the squad 42 series amazing. Its a shame we waited so long just for it to be scrapped. Rest in peace, squad 42. You will be remembered as my favorite KZbin video when I was young, and will be continued to be remembered as one of the best star wars stop motions ever uploaded. Starting as a creative yet choppy stop motion, it came so far and had many fans. I will miss it.

Ya know, looking back at this, I'm so happy Squad 42 didn't end like this. The sequel was different but fantastic. That said, I can't help but look back at these clips though and think there really was something here. The cinematography and old style lego was just peak. Squad 42 was emblematic of an era on KZbin, and it's one I so wish we could get back to sometimes. Thanks for the nostalgia and the memories!

I feel nostalgia every time I see your name and pizzamovies' name. I guess you guys grew up, I grew up and a bunch of other people that were still into stopmotion back in 09 outgrew LEGO movies, but we will always remember you and always be proud of that part of our lives! It's almost as if I'm letting go of a part of my childhood which I will always cherish, love and remember fondly! I'm so sorry to hear this, Gareth :( I was really looking forward to S42 VI, but I know how it feels.. I have had a few problems with my own film, and it's hard to get the motivation, when you aren't satisfied with what you have so far. I havn't given up on my film yet, and I hope we'll see S42 in action again someday!

Without a doubt, this is the best lego animation I have ever seen. I was sad to learn this was canceled. I hope you are sucsessful in your career, and I ask you to consider finishing this project sometime in the future. It's too bad you had to cancel this series. I remember the day I saw this series 5 years ago, it inspired me to make brick films and introduced a whole new world for me. I remember waiting for months at a time for you to release the next installment in this series. It may sound strange to feel very attached to a web series about legos, but this series showed me how glorious filmmaking really is. However, everyone has to move on at some point. Farewell Squad 42.
