Hit kinda was a relief that I'm not crazy when he said something about if your not being tormented .... Kinda funny...and some days, kinda not!...more importantly, is that, to me anyways, that despite my ignorance and arrogance, GOD is still there....He didn't just leave me there in my own junk.. I can relate! Me too with the arrogance of ignorance! BUT how does that figure? Maybe Psalm 1:1 explains it. I was just the opposite of what that says and maybe especially the opposite of "....blessed is the man that sitteth not in the seat of the scorner." BUT in my defense and something that Spurgeon points out is that we have a lot of preachers that likely are also ignorant and arrogant. So by channel surfing and internet surfing we gather a lot of bad info and start being scornful of 'all' religion!?

How could anyone give this a thumbs down? Was it the reading, or the message of C H Spurgeon? Why did those who gave this a thumbs down not leave a comment as to their reason? I wonder if is like so much in this day not only the the news media but individuals have allowed there prejudices to effect ever aspect of their lives. They condemn but will not tell us the underlining reason for their condemnation. I can tell all what it is, SIN as it will effect one life thoroughly.
