Is magnacut difficult to sharpen?

@nickm212650 Haven't tried to do so. Although I've heard numerous reports from people, including some I know, who say it's actually not that difficult to sharpen at all.

why would you want a fully serrated blade made out of magnacut? ppl are so dumb its ridiculous. you could sell a guy a disposable razer plated in gold if you had enough youtubers calling it cool

The concept of a fully serrated blade is stupid on its own for anything outside of cutting seatbelts and bands or sawing through thin wood. All of which are rough applications that dull an edge quickly, so why you would want a "tool" serration blade made out of something hard to sharpen is moronic. You youtubers are just buying magna cut like a woman wears jewelry. Serves no actual functional benefit on a tool outside of bragging about how much you paid for it.

@dk210913 in fact if you go over to spydercos own warranty page you will see they refer to their blades as "tools meant to be used until discarded" and they dont replace blades under wear and tear. they are designed to be retired and replaced.

I also don't get why knife makers ruin perfectly good tool with this serrated BS. If you want to put serrations in the blade at least leave portion of the blade from root to be straight edge. So far only German/Finnish knife makers have figured this out and the blades are far and few between.
