Just got mine in…it came in perfectly centered and the deployment click is addicting lol…it’s my first Shaman I now officially understand why this knife is a favorite of many…enjoy

Just got mine, and it’s awesome. It’s a tad off center but that’s an easy fix. And wow, that green looks amazing with the mineral oil.

Mine was way off center! I was really surprised as I've never thought it would be an issue with the Shaman. Regardless, I eventually got it centered. Glad you got yours sorted out as well!

Being color blind I can't tell the difference between this and the ZWEAR/CRUWEAR offerings. Glad Spyderco is having the dealers order more pieces for these exclusive drops. Enjoy your blade

As am I, when they sell out in minutes and flippers have them for sale not even in hand yet just takes alot of joy out of the hobby. Enjoy yours as well!

Got mine on Friday and first Shaman. Really digging the size and shape. Mine is stiff action as well and assuming it will break in. Several rough edges and I knocked them down with my small files, along the spine of the blade, the edges of the nub and sides of the jimping on the spine. Much more comfortable with those slight touches. I also used a round file to take a slight edge off of the spidey hole. Overall, a nice knife and I'll be putting this one to work!

I plan on doing the same mods- no need to get cut by those edges LOL also for the stiff action use a T10 or a T8 it's one of those, to just slightly loosen the pivot and it will soften the action up. I did add some KPL and swapped out the backspacer for a brass one while I was at it and much better action now

@@m.lewter Thanks man. I get the feeling that the Shaman will break in well. Digging the ergos on this knife. The changes I made with files don't change the action of the knife, but definitely an improvement with comfort and handling of the blade. I've always felt that knives should never hurt the user. And, shouldn't be uncomfortable. I'll give the knife a few more days of break in action. If no improvement, I'll break down, clean, lube and adjust as needed.
