Divinity Original Sin 2 has 'couch' co op already on PC though. Plug multiple controllers in and you can play splitscreen.

Lawbreakers was pretty bad though, it had the problem of people being able to lock you in spawn and I didn't bother going back to it, since all the characters on one side looked like recovering meth addicts, while the others looked semi decent. Don't get me wrong, being spawn trapped happens in overwatch too, but the player count was big enough that it wasn't happening for the ten games in a row that happened for me in lawbreakers.
