My name is Allia, I have a degree in Sharia Law and I have dome 2 years of judiciary internship then according to the Constitution of Afghanistan, I come a judge and then I served 10 years as a judge in different courts of Afghanistan, I mean I was judge for 10 years in I work in family dispute court and commercial court. But, due to the current situation in Afghanistan, I flew from my country and living in the UK. With these qualifications, can I apply for SQE2 exemption? If yes, how can I fill in section 8 of the form? Could you please help me with that.
