Hi Sir , Can we create an external table with the location as adls gen 2 where the tables are present inside adls gen 2 , can you please help me with , when I am trying the data source it is working fine but when I am creating the file format it is failing as we know there is no polybase in azure sql db , can you please help me if there is any other way , Thanks

Hi Thank you for this, i need one help which is while inserting data into DB1 data from DB2 having extra column like 'Email' then it need to be create automatically in DB1 (difficult is lot of columns need to be create when not presented in DB1 column) so how will you compare .and please let me know how will i connect for this query (email or whatsapp).

Thank you for the excellent explanation; it's perfectly understandable. After setting up the external tables, I created my initial view involving three inner joins. Retrieving 1000 rows took 4 minutes. However, subsequent query firings didn't yield any results; they kept trying until I canceled them. Any thoughts?
