A seed game mode isn’t skirmish or anything like that. It's a temporary game mode empty servers can use until they fill up to a certain amount. Kinda like in some games you can enter a training ground or something while waiting to join a match

@spranzini29 Still waiting on my PC to come, been a month now. I should have had it by and would have been able to play while it's active and populated. What a shame. But I did buy the game, so won't have to worry about missing out on the free weekend at least. Just missing out on populated servers, since I'm in Australia, I doubt there'll even be servers. I'll see though.

@@gloomsouls No there will be! They have servers from all over. There is always about 4 servers now with full lobbies at all times so you should be good! Congrats on the PC exciting stuff.

Spawns are quick and if your team sets them close to the objectives it's pretty action packed. Game is not for everyone though!
