Soon she was flying around doing missions to pay for said shopping, then she got big into PVP and now she is at the Air Force Academy learning to be a pilot... Some would say that is sad due to how long it has been. I look at it as hundreds of hours of quality time together and helping her define who she wants to be, for $80.00. Just heroes and villains. Everything tries so hard to have the "dark truths of society" or the "everyone is shades of good and evil". It's honestly refreshing to just have a good ol sci-fi/fantasy narrative pop-up again. What's funny is it might actually be because this game is a byproduct of the time it was originally conceived. Who knows if this is the story they would of chosen TODAY, but it incidentally feels fresh because it's a story that was conceived over 10 years ago lol.

@@grahortarg9933 wow, most games are "level of tech demo" with this kind of generalization. With this kind of generalization, you can even say GTA 5 didn't have anything going for it other than the new water physics which was the only impressive thing about RAGE's iteration. You could even say RDR2 was simply additions of PBR+volumetric clouds and the rest of the features aren't necessarily even additions to RAGE but programmed states like carrying a living object, then some kind of check for collisions to "throw them away" and let Euphoria handle ragdoll like it already did in GTA 4. Even then, NONE of these games introduced any new gameplay loop and most of the gameplay you did was travel point A to point B, and the only fast travel you had was just several campsites to pad the whole game so you don't skip the rest of the game by fast travelling. It's basically a tech demo with some gameplay mechanics that are already present in other games with some physics flair and then some. Yet people loved it. Because that's not the whole f**king picture. You think you're smarter than everyone else for mentioning the obvious.

@@ironwarr Why would you do that? You go off the studio's track record
@ironwarr26 күн бұрын
@@Daruudes the studios track record is only a problem since they've had to change the scope so many times because of the funding, and due to the nature of the crowdfunding it's also logical AF that after it's feature complete that it's not so far off of being finished, and it looks amazing

Honestly i didnt gave much thought to this game so far, but i have to admit, that i enjoyed this 76 minutes far more than the majority of stuff that Hollywood can spawn out these days on the sci-fi front.. It gave me those good old Babylon 5/Imperium Galactica vibes that i miss so much from modern sci-fi.
@fllippgames35302 ай бұрын
ik right? I miss the older sci fi series like those SG1 and firefly. Speaking of firefly they're releasing a ship that looks a good amount like the serenity in some respects which is cool.

Right on man, I'm excited by the prologue too. I don't pre-order things on principle, but if the reviews come in and the game lives up to even half of it's potential, I'm sure I'll be purchasing and enjoying it. And ignore the people who are way too emotionally invested in the game failing. There's a difference between healthy skepticism and obsessive pessimism.

This game looks fantastic, the gaming world really needs some fresh single player story telling experiences and this looks like a movie. I would rather this take time to come out and they really nail it. Glad to see the company who made star citizen are really using their funds to make something fantastic. Actors of this magnitude aswell as being as graphically stunning as it is must use up a lot of funds. I have high hopes for this game and think it will be stunning if they manage to pull this off.
@O-.-O2 ай бұрын
More like wasted their funds, since the game is 10 years late and the company needs 120 million dollars per year to operate and it was already announced as complete in 2016.

1. It was Kickstarted 12 years ago. 2. in 2016 he said 'when' the game is feature complete 3. they are creating there own engine. You go do that. 4. they are creating a single player campaign as well as an MMO 5. Last year they announced that SQ42 was feature complete 6. This year, they have shown a 1 hour prologue of a 30/40 hour campaign that is now being polished 7. Starfield was announced in 2018. it took 5 years, has terrible gameplay, loading screens from planet to orbit and nothing to do. 9 in star citizens 1 system that they have right now, there are 100s/1000s of POI's, missions, battles and events to do.
