This was so well acted and presented, it never clicked with me as a kid that this was just a farce meant to teach math. Why did this never catch on like Law and Order?

I cant believe I am watching this. Its been 20 years. I loved this show. I owe my math scores to this show. Thank you for posting these videos.

The show never covered heavily on Monday's departure from Mathnet nor was there a farewell scene w/ her and George. Her final appearance was the Masked Avenger Case into which she and George about to make their High Five Victory, George hit a strain on his back and Kate Comforted him after that. Pat Tuesday made her immediate 1st appearance in the Baseball Player Case in the next season afterwards. That's all I know so far.

George is frikkin useless in this episode. This show looks so old but it's just from the early 90's. This is a total throwback to my PBS after school childhood. Great upload!

Oh boy, what I would give to see the rest of this. This is the Mathnet series I remember the most, probably because it really scared me as a kid. If I remember right, all the stolen cars were taken to the junkyard and crushed. The cars were being crushed to recycle the glass (?). Anyway, I remember George Frankly was hiding in one of the cars being crushed (he was hiding in the car to see where the stolen cars were going), and that's that part that scared me when I was little.

@OfficialFrizzo. Acutally this episode is from the late 1980's. If you look at the end of the video where the Square One Logo flashes, it says copyright 1988. In the early 1990's they did re-run some of these.

Can you remember the exact reason why the cars were being crushed? I believe it was to gather up the broken glass (such as from the windshields) in order to later re-sell it. But I could be remembering it wrong. I was only seven years old at the time, so I don't remember all the details.
