If BSB is remembered at all, over a quarter of a century on, it's as a cautionary tale of one of the biggest disasters in British business history. But it could, and perhaps should, have been the shape of British television, if it wasn't for their own incompetence, their own rotten luck, and a certain Australian entrepreneur bypassing all the rules.
