SquashSkills was launched in 2012 by Former World number 1 Peter Nicol and co-founder Jethro Binns. Our goal is to give everyone access to high level squash coaching in an effort to help them become the best player they can be.
When we launched we were very player focused, but as time went on we felt that we also had the opportunity to build a platform that could help coaches expand their knowledge and bring variety to their training.
Coaches can now create and schedule their players training sessions, set drills and tests, and track progress and improvement.
The new website is packed full of tools for both coaches and players, guaranteed to improve your understanding of the game.
Start winning more!

Good points although you missed one particular... Ramy's arm(elbow) is almost straight when hitting through impact (especially forehand) and the wrist is doing all the cocking. On the backhand your back swing is short when you explain it but in the actual hitting your back swing starts behind your head. So more practice needed :D Nice video anyway..

Might it be an idea to practise from the side in stead of the T?

why is he looking at the opposite corner after he hits the ball at 2:23
@DerbyForget

sam urai he is just watching the ball off the strings... then just keeping his head still on the follow through. So it does 2 things, 1- maintains balance on the shot and 2 - a bit of deception as he's looking away from the ball after he's hit it. It's more than likely though just a little comfort thing that he does subconsciously and has little impact on the actual shot.

The way he makes it seem like he's on a first name basis with the best players in the world, yeah alright mate.

+Murcury159 I find that hard to believe. A friend of mine (Scott Handley) got up to 41 in the world, and outside matches he barely got a look in with the top players. You can't really say how times have changed though considering he's played the likes of the Elshorbagy players, Castagnet, Marche and Golan

+Alex Wood I never even played on the tour, just college and Caribbean squash. But even as a mere coach now, I'm on a first name basis with quite a few top players. The squash community as you probably know is rather small and for the most part, friendly. So this is not very hard to believe in all honesty

Ryan Abraham okay, I won't argue with that as you seem to be slightly more educated on the subject than me
