That was really a good one. Getting to see what they go through is expected but to get a sense of who they are is awesome. They are not just machines - makes me feel I can incorporate some of that into my life. Loved it! Well done.

yeah respect . I love these two guys and wish them well for the coming season. I would be really curious to know what the Egyptians do - somehow I don't envisage them doing hill sprints (Simon's training seems reminiscent of Jahangir's, though quite possibly even tougher?) .. do we have a 'day in the life of' one of those wizards or is it all 'top secret' stuff ?!?

whats up with the funky song tracks? you could've made this very motivating by putting in some epic sound tracks in the back while rosner trained in the video.

Really nice "a day with"!!! Quick question though about the exercise they do in minute 13, going downhill on pavement. Wouldn't it be better for your knees/ankles if that exercise was also done on soft surface like when they went to the forest in the morning? Pavement seems like a very unforgiving surface for doing lunges!
@squashtv6 жыл бұрын
Earlier in the video his coach refers to the importance of running on lots of different surfaces, so I guess that's part of it?

what is the difference between white ball and black ball?
@federerfan59624 жыл бұрын
A white ball is used on a glass court so the public can trace the ball better and a black ball is used on only glass back courts but they both play in a similar way
