I genuinely appreciate the fact that the game is this realistic. The fact that you need to have a fence to be able to jump and that the horse will show that it can "see" the fence, not being able to make sharper turns without the use of both reins and legs, the way that you have to give a bit of an extra push on some fences because the horse gets anxious.. The animations are still a bit stiff for sure but over all it looks amazing, it's great to see a less cartoon-y horse game enter the playing field. And to add on, the horses aren't jumping several meters over the fences 💀

this game seems really interesting! Im definitely a fan of the adult themes at the start its quite rare to see a horse game TACKLE that, pun full intended. the animations certainly need work but this is an alpha build so I'm certain itll get patched up by the time they do an open beta. Looks like they've got plenty of potential though, the advanced controls will definitely need some heavy practice but if done right, and not made too overwhelming, then this game will without a doubt be up there on plenty of peoples lists myself included.

I love that someone has finally tried to make a horse game where jumping is a skill that actually has a knack to it, like real life. And I actually specifically love that there's swearing - it feels so refreshingly not American 😅 swearing isn't that adult a thing in Ireland, most kids curse too so for me it's not that it's more adult, it just feels less sanitised. I see nothing wrong with the word "fuck" lol, as long as nobody is being insulted and there are no slurs or anything actually hurtful, a bit of cursing is just not a big deal imo.

With me it was from the beginning with all 3 horses so that they have become faster on to the jump. I don't know if it is just in the free riding but even Milo does it.

I had a chuckle at the comment about horses not turning sharply... I used to watch friends riding in gymkhanas, and it never ceased to amaze me how their horses could turn on a dime in time trials. Working horses that round up sheep & cattle are equally impressive in their turning skills I've taken a few photographs of competitors like @ 6:52 and they certainly look like they are defying gravity with how far over the horse leans... so you're more accurate than you realise comparing it to a motorcycle! LOL

Rattle it you went to course 5 there are box jumps. Both Spot and Rose if you approach them feel anxious about the jump and will refuse. So when you approach the jump you have to squeeze your legs (hold both left and right key on your mouse) then they will go over the jump. Wasnt sure if you got to test that out

Awe! Thank you! XD I'm really awkward about my laugh, so this means a lot to me ♥♥ I'd love to see younger horses, that refuse more easily than seasoned horses. Just to feel like you're really starting with a green horse that doesn't listen all the time, and slowly it builds confidence and gets better at listening XD So essentially, I want to see a horse with a green ribbon in its tail!

My favourite about the lates demo is the same at 11:36...When i first jumped 175cm with Demon i felt the same Edit: I just remembered, that via a glitch i jumped the maximum height possibble in demo with Demon

I want rein ravine so bad, but the day after I downloaded it crashed. I think it gave my computer a virus because the message said "Low(something)FatalError" fatal... idk but i always had to play on low graphics so i guess it wouldn't be good anyways. also, i didn't get any rip-offs. i downloaded it right of the patreon and followed all the steps.

Just wanna point out….. reins are NOT meant to keep a rider balanced if you as a rider rely on your reins to keep you balanced and in control you need to go back to basics core riding comes from your seat and your legs they should not be relying on the reins heavily other than to give cues
