But forced equality is unfair, people are different, each one has its own qualities, making the game equal by bringing down the ones that are better in certain areas is a flawed philosophy. okay but its part of his past, a model would probably be good at red light green light since they have good motor control of their body. Big strong guys have an advantage in tug of war. the glass bridge is different than other games. for one, it's not an actual game, whereas the other ones are. for another, it is entirely chance, whereas the others had elements of skill. I think the reason for this is that this game is actually the best metaphor for life and capitalism: our whole lives we're faced with decisions and so often, it's impossible to tell which option is better. but we must all make these decisions. one bad move can end the "game" for you, and the chance of getting all the right decisions are incredibly low, even for smart and talented people. ultimately, success is extremely dependent on luck - as is failure. also, pretty on-the-nose point about the need for a social "safety-net".

The only major problem In had with the show was the VIPS man, I wish they had some better actors there.

Yeah, these are billionaires with so much money and power, but they sounded like frat dudes.

@@tuesdae666 Kind of sounds like some real Millionaires lol. I don't if they should of went with more Korean actors or what, but maybe they ran out of budget for some decent Foreign actors there.

@@tuesdae666 How are they supposed to act according to your low class poor people opinion? They bet on human lives so I expect them to be very arrogant and condescending

@@tuesdae666 maybe posh frat dudes But that's literally how rich people behave. Life is college to them, no worries.

I think the movie being referenced in the intro is "Untraceable". That's with Tom Hanks' son, Colin. That was a good one!

The acting from the V.I.P.’s actors kinda felt overly exaggerated to me, but I think that’s intentional because it’s a Korean production & the American’s are the foreigners, so they speak in exaggerated American accents that can be easily translated to Korean subtitles. That’s my take on it anyway.

The glass shatter at the end was going to happen to whoever was left standing (which they probably assumed would be everybody and would not give the prize money to anyone), but since they JUST crossed, it happened to hit them at the end.

There were some theories floating around that during the dakkji game, those chose green became players while those who chose red became the triangle, circle, and square employees.
