in all fairness brah, its one of those sticky situations where "technically" you're both in the wrong, driving the wrong way down a 1 way for starters, insurance would probably 50-50 it, this is one of those ones where its probably better if you both fixed the bike yourselves... But yeah he looks more guilty in the video.

More like both most "definitely" at fault, and insurance would probably pay 0-0 of it. Either way you slice it, in the eyes of the court neither would exchange money for being mutually and equally at fault/stupid (depending what judge you get they might choose different term). Brah has the right attitude when he says its just one of those things that comes with stunting, stuff happens, stuff breaks, you slap some duck tape on it and ride on to live another day. Their both lucky there was no serious injury or death, learn from the mistakes (use mirrors, keep WAY more space and swerve instead of yeeting oneself close to an object that's clearly making maneuvers, and be extra careful when driving opposite traffic of a road). So all in all, pretty lucky, and nothing major (these bikes aren't free, but they also cost WAY less than even minor surgery, in the grand scheme of things nothing major and life will move on, maybe a bit slower but that's probably a good thing for the other squid too). So at least it was a happy ending of both riders living to ride another day, may not be how they see it in the moment, but looking back at it much later on hopefully they'll see just how fortunate they were.

You did not just do that was written all over your body language….I feel your pain bro…I just painted my bike a cool staggered black and white joker design, and I was being a goon passing when I shouldn’t. The guy in the truck in front wasn’t having it, and swerved into me on purpose not wanting me to pass… My rear wheel locked up and I slid into his back wheel; pinning my leg against his truck going 45. I stayed on, but when we pulled over to choose war….my bike slipped out from under me because it was so many leaves where we stopped. It ruined my fresh paint job, aftermarket clutch lever, and shifter. The guy was entitled as hell and said I couldn’t prove he swerved into me. I say all that to say that I was pissed to see my work in progress ruined because of someone else’s incompetence.
