I was in that exact situation and I wouldn't be here today if I didn't lay my bike down. BTW the bike I was forced to LAY DOWN was a 2002 HARLEY DAVIDSON WIDE GLIDE that I only had for two months and it wasn't my first bike, I've been riding for about twenty years on the roads and longer than that in the dirt. @@makaay1071 I’ve been in Athens but NYC is a different beast. People from all over the world go there and get a driver license but actually they are not capable of riding…… on the other hand in Athens people ride motorcycle and the traffic is used that….it is different…..

I am 7 years here. I know what are you talking about. Some days go smooth but most of the time is crazy. They cut you off, left and right…..

Actually what you said plays major role “the traffic is used that” but for how long is the point cause in Athens people from all around the world tend to get licenses under “foggy” circumstances. You know, in the big cities worldwide it will be only worst in the future I think.

@@MotoPavilion I've never ridden/driven in NYC, but I feel like doing so regularly would result in one of two things: lead you to a Zen-like enlightenment, or give you a stroke.

Both seem like Annoying azz drivers honestly. Not just lane splitting youre cutting people off.
