The difference between SpongeBob and Squidward is definitely their mindset Cuz it doesn't matter what Squidward does with the mindset he has he will literally always fail and always find himself in a situation that makes him miserable because of how terrible his mindset is this is literally why SpongeBob is absolutely amazing at things Squidward knows he should excel at Fun fact though all the SpongeBob characters are based off of the seven deadly sins Squidward is based off of wrath but again it doesn't matter if he quit that job and got a new one he would just find another job to be miserable at because of mindset like that will make sure you're always living your worst life regardless of where you're at

No it's not an issue because I just means that you have a better State of mind than Squidward the only reason Squidward is in these terrible situations is because of his terrible mindset SpongeBob has more of an imagination and is more grateful than him so SpongeBob ultimately will get everything he wants out of his life and comes out on top in most situations because of his mindset
