I can definitely relate to Hannah when she says she thinks about social situations long after they happened and way more than she should. I think thats a common symptom of social anxiety. I think about them for a long time before an interaction too and that is the worste because it's always negative and it keeps me from doing stuff. I've caught myself many times and try very hard to change my attitude about it (like telling myself everything will be fine instead of thinking of every possibilty that can go wrong) but that takes alot of awareness to do and is so hard to do.

Question for Monday Grubbag - Hello from Cumbernauld, Scotland! Our town was built in the 1960s as a social experiment. As such, they made it extremely accessible with ramps, slopes and flat walkways. I think this was mainly because of the young families and prams/pushchairs, but it actually ended up being great for wheelchair users too. The idea was that no person should ever have to cross a road - you either go under it in a pedestrian tunnel... or over it on a bridge! My question is... do you each have a favourite bridge, and if so, why?
