In another universe the squirrels have vests covered in pockets. They use their hands to collect the nuts, and they will take as many as they can fit in their pockets at the time. They also use nut shells to scoop up, and drink water. They have yet to invent the backpack, but I'm sure it won't be long! 😉

I saved a neonatel baby squirrel yesterday. Loooong story short (mom never showed up) 'Joey' is now with an experienced person who has 2 others about the same age. I pray he makes it.
