Yes, and here they are when played backwards: "Three letters back" (ep. 1-6), "Switch A and Z" (ep. 7-13), "26 letters" (ep. 14-19), and I'm not sure about ep. 20. They tell you how to decode the ciphers at the end of the episodes. At the end of Gideon Rises, use all three ciphers in reverse.
