Cultist swain or Swain of the Brotherhood (Brotherhood Swain) sounds fitting. Having purple effects and transforms into an old god when he ults. Sylas, kayne, yorick, yone, vladmir, and maybe Varus would look good too

Bilgewater really didn't have any need for changes outside of the birds. They could have made it Dark Waters instead and made them water effects though.

makes sense, the cost of the Bilgewater skin is historically just a "Skin without effects" skin. The 520 price never (I believe) includes anything other than the character looking different.

@@PunchiRunchi Not gonna lie I only bought Dragon Master because of the low price. Nothing much really stands out for him except his Ult gets a dragon form and Ravens are tiny Dragons. Not even his apparel looks different enough to the base skin (basically it just has an orange tint) and I'd like to get the white chroma as fast as possible because frankly, this skin is quite boring. The effects are alright, but the only distinct one is his E and I guess the eye in the W. His recall is also meh. Best skin I'd day is Tyrant, wich I bought in July's Your Shop for the same price, infinitely better than Dragon Master. Unique and colourful apparel and an entirely new helmet, better voice effects, badass recall, feather effects on everything and just overall a very nice colour lol. But tbh both skins are worth that price.

I have not got a single skin from my boxes or rerolls for swain.... I had like 7 gemstones but used them (this was before hextech was out) so now I saved for 10 gemstones and also got dragonmaster from one box. Going to collect them all.

Bilgewater is of course objectively the best: He looks like how Gankplank wished he had looked like in his prime; The pirate-fantasy fits him very well with his parrot; The way he wears his coat fits the pirate captain attitude; The colors are flawless; His power could be tributed to a cursed treasure; He looks leauges better then the other pirates in the game who's whole character is based around being a pirate. Northern front is very close second. His E makes it look like they are frozen to the ground and it looks generally badass. It's like he'd stand ontop of a tank and his splashart is one of the best (Or even THE best) in the game.

@@dieghinofob7132 I like the Q on Tyrant better because of Feather effects, plus the recall on Tyrant beats Dragon Master by a mile. Although the ult looks really good in Dragon Master and the tiny dragons are also a good addition. Although the base look of the skin isn't distinct enough from base skin in my opinion, just the basic apparel with an orange tint and the ornament on Swain's head wich is kinda out of place...doesn't really pair with the rest of his colour scheme but looks nice, I guess.

I'd say Tyrant because of the feather effects, voice effects, the helmet, badass recall, and a few new voice lines. Crystal Rose is just a bland simp skin imo, it's not bad per say but I'd recommend Tyrant instead.
