I'm from Assam, India. Lived 30 yrs in rented houses. I was fed up with the comfort level of the homes everywhere I rented. Very hot in the summer and fridging cold in winter. These homes are so rigidly build that these might cross 200 years, but you can't live comfortably today. I didn't find the cause why to bear the pain. ...... This summer I was forced to come to my native village because of post covid crisis and constructed a home with two rooms for experimental purpose with your idea that I noticed today. My home is very comfortable and inexpensive. I got 3" Styrofoam in the center and inside plywood is layed and outside bamboo covering is used. This seems durability is low, but covering both side with concrete will increase the durability and even security🔒. Thanks for your idea....

It's according to what governmental environment you live in. If it is a country that utlizes this technology regularly, the more than likely they do. If not, a structural engineer will have to sign off on the design. The structure will also have to be designed by someone who understand the load characteristics of the panels and how load forces react with it's design.

The metal mesh used in the product, and it's design cause a truss frame work, once the finish is applied, that distributes both compressive and lateral loads when applied. If you notice the diagonal wire inserted in the panel and welded on each side. That is the same engineering used in load bearing roof and floor trusses systems, applied in a veritcal system. So, yes, it is very strong. But, you can also pour the cells of concrete blocks with rebar inserted, which creates much stronger wall systems. But, there are dynamics here which few people understand.

Your calculations are incomplete. You must also calculate the losses through the whole surface of the inner and outer net of each wall. The outside cold is captured by the entire surface of a wall through the steel net and transmitted inside the building through the steel wires and dropped into the room through the inner mesh. Certainly winter will be condensation inside.
