When MS VISWANATHAN started composing for malayalam film the songs were written by Sreekumaran thampy. When MSV first composed Easawaranorikkal virunninu poyi and asked for Thampy s opinion Thampy told him that the song was like Tamil type and opined that Malayalees like more carnatic based tunes . Immediately MSV came with another tune within minutes which was recorded and became great hit. MSV was a senior MD at that time and Thampys bold opinion was respected by him. They went on to become a hit combination.

The most important fact is that Mr. Thampi is not hiding anything . He is a man who is having enough of cinematic capabilities. He is having many sides and features , which makes him an envious character. A fine interview is being brought here , uncovering many unknown facts relating to Mr. Thampi.
