This is a historic win from most fronts, breaking many records. The most important fact is that NPP got the confidence of Tamil and Muslim people who live in North , East and central highlands. Yes unforgettable victory was achieved at the Presidential and also General Election in 2024 by the NPP successfully. All those parties are in trouble at least to make the national list of General Election for their selection applicants to be submitted immediately. But there was presidented experience we got when only one candidate was selected at the Last General Election as a national candidate of Mr. Ranil Wickramasinghe belongs to the United National Party. In secretly national candidate namely Ravi Katunanayake has been proposed and made oaths too today at the parliament and some other parilamentarians stated oaths before the Speaker mr. Ranwala who is the new Speaker of the new parliament. Unpresidented, 7/10 rate of victory was got at the General Election 2024 by the Jathika Jana Balawegaya as a real single party unexpectedly. But peaceful and without unlawful activities could be seen at the general election after a long time. Demonstrate election especially to the Southern Zone of the island. Thank you.
