Hello Everyone, Today we are making a Sri Lankan Coconut Cake Recipe.
Ingredients - Semolina 100g (රුලන් 100g)
Flour 150g (පාන් පිටි 150g)
Sugar 400g (සීනි 400g)
1 Greated Coconut (ගා ගත් පොල් ගෙඩියක්)
Baking Powder 1tsp (බේකින් පවුඩර් මේස හැඳි එකක්)
Dates 100g (රට ඉදි 100g)
Raisins/Dried Grape 50g (වියළි මිදී 50g)
Vanilla 1tbs (වැනිලා මේස හැඳි එකක්)
Salt to Taste (ලුණු අවශ්‍ය ප්‍රමාණයට)
Butter (බටර් ස්වල්පයක්)
Water 1Cup (වතුර කෝප්පයක්)

Looks delicious! I would not use a polythene sheet to place the mixture. Polythene can dismantle in minute particles. It is better to use parchment paper instead.
