Im from Jaffna... thank you for sharing our authentic crab curry... there are lots of method in Jaffna peninsula depend on the region and people. specialized people for this menu who lives in seashore area in Jaffna. there are fisheries village called "Kurunagar", "Paasaiyur", "Arali" an Delft area....each and everyone cooked it slightly different. all good in taste. and better than top restaurants.
