When I was in my early 20's I was sitting on my bed and I had levitated up above the bed. I had a very bad upbringing and society said I had a bi-polar disorder. I met someone from the Art of Living 12 years ago and God had given him in particular for me because of the closeness. Of course being in the AOL for 12 years I listen to Guruji also. The first years in meditation and Sudarshan Kriya many many past lives past right before my eyes. There are only two I know for sure and those two especially the one God or the Universe is using for one of my purposes on this planet. I had other lives just leave my body during a deep body massage. Praise this Universe for giving me the Art of Living and it's teachings.

Siddhi's are an obstacle to Samadhi, the ultimate goal of any spiritual practise. So beautifully put. That is why these enlightened beings take so much care to remove the Siddhi's from the Kriyas and spiritual practices so one doesnt get caught up in those and forget the final desination - moksha, or being one with the creator itself

I'd like to not feel the compulsion to speak so much. As a younger child, I used to not speak because I didnt feel there was any reason to. Then it became a mental illness symptom that prevented me from speaking due to paralyzing fear of consequences like unkindness from others...
