The new CVO's are $40K. I went to the Harley dealer a couple weeks ago. They are selling a TON of Harley Trikes now. As their key demographic ages, they are resorting to training wheels to keep them riding. Probably a good idea, but it doesn't bode well for Harley.

there is not as much chrome on the CVO as you would think ... most of the parts you showed are aftermarket, e.g. passenger floorboard covers, engine cover above the gear box, etc. CVO is more a statement to the public, see i can and yeah, the bigger engine is certainly more fun to ride. regarding the leaking break reservoir, every other year, get a new rubber gasket from your preferred parts dealer like Dennis Kirk. Costs around 7$ and takes care of the potential leaking. I like that bike but to sell it, i recommend a good wash / wax / detailing :) close ups showed that the engine was rather dirty and the spot where the seat hits the right side cover looked really ugly ;-) in the end the bike is 12 years old and a Rushmore (>= 2014) Ultra Classic / Limited with low miles is just 3 grand more.

Nice looking bike and I love the sound, but if I was choosing between a Harley like that and a Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Voyager (which looks like a really comparable machine) my personal choice would be the Voyager. @@xfiringsquadx Yeah I kind of knew that all along. My youngest brother had a full dress Harley for a couple of years, and now that he's sold it bought an older Kawasaki Concours that he likes a lot. There isn't a chance that I'd personally ever buy a Harley over a cruiser by any of the top four.

Did he say "For an extra $15,000????" You plan on another 100,000 miles. Bike's plans may differ significantly. True Shawn. It takes Florida Sun and a decade to peel chrome off.

I just wanted to say that i love love LOVE your videos!! I am planning a trip to come meet you and check out your bikes next year. Your review of the boulevard s40 is why I chose to get a savage ls650 to learn on. For my next bike though I want a nice touring bike, maybe a goldwing, or a concourse. Something that has a comfortable back seat for my wife. I just hope that you keep these vids up, cause you do do an amazing job with you're walk around and test rides. I just love watching you're test rides. I've spent whole days just checking out your channel and vids. Only disclaimer I have to say is everytime i try to get on you're website srkcycles.com I am only being able to see 13 bikes. I wanna see you're "whole" invortory. Or do you not have it all on the website?? Idk, but i would like to know why when i get on you're website why I can only look at 13 different bikes? Thank you, and keep making these awesome vids

Sean, can you tell me which Rokform mount might be best for a Harley Davidson Limited with stock handle bars? Looks like the perch mount over the bar mount but I’m not sure. I figured you might know. Thanks!

You’d spend more time cleaning chrome than riding.

Not for me. Come on what happened to the old days. I bought a 2008 Ultra and it was twice as much as I paid in 81. Not falling for the bling and hp. We're Harley riders not racers. If you want to race you can get a crotch rocket (Hyabusa) that will blow the doors off any motorcycle for under 7 grand

It’s a pretty bike, but it looks dated. Chrome is out right now, black and matte colors are in.

Unpopular opinion: CVO's, (for the $$$), should be shaft driven.
@chazglenn3

That's the one remaining reason that I won't buy a Harley. I have to have shaft drive. I'm done with chains and belts that can and will break. Over the years they've been checking of my list. Hydraulic clutch, cruise control, water cooling. So I'll keep my FJR for now. I test rode a 2020 CVO Road Glide last weekend. Nice bike. Not $41K nice, but nice.

@@chazglenn3 drive shafts are heavy though. They also have tendency to cause what is known as jacking as you go through the gears . Belts actually last a long time as long as you arent drag racing.
