We would love to see you visit a production/manufacturing plant to see what are the standards followed by the companies while making the mean machines. Would I be right to assume a good production plant would output a good machine? Good production plant in the sense clean environment, a tried and tested assembly line, multiple tests performed before the bikes are out from the factory.

I'm facing a small issue with engine oil since past two months. Whenever I pour Castrol semi-synthetic oil instead of Hero mineral oil, leakage starts from the engine head. Also, the oil level reduces significantly more as compared to Hero mineral oil in my motorcycle. Replacing head gaskets sometimes works but not everytime. Any suggestions on how to fix this are most welcome

99% chance you are using fake oil As castrol duplicity is highest in India Avoid castrol

It means that the piston rings are wearing out. Even if the piston rings are fine, there can be a tiny space allowing the oil to enter the combustion chamber. Even I had the same problem. I feel synthethic oils are too thin. Best is mineral oil - cheap, thick, burns slowly if at all.

मैंने अपनी NS200 में मैन्युअल के अनुसार filler gauge से intake का 0.05mm और exhaust का 0.08mm tappet clearance कराया है, adjustment के बाद भी tappet sound आ रहा है। कैसे सही करे प्लीज बता दीजिए। क्या tappet clearence और कम करके adjustment करे जैसे कि intake के लिए 0.04mm और exhaust के लिए 0.07mm। प्लीज reply कर दीजिये।

Mere papa ne iss saal(2022) feb me ek cd 110 liya hai Gari me suru se gearing issue hai. Strat krke 1st gear dalne pe neutral ke light to chali jaati hai lekin gear nehi lagta aur accelerator dene pe krrrr krrrr se aoaj aati hai. Same issue aati hai jab 4th se 3rd pe downshift kre to. Vaiya Maine engine ka Kam karwa tha unhone tappet tight kar Diya bolla 500 km chalao uske bad set kar denge. To isme Mera gari thoda awaj kar raha hein or pickup lene mein issue ho raha hein. To isme gari ka engine mein koi issue nehi hoga na, matlab andar kuchu Tutna or valve or piston mein issue nehi hoga na. Kindly reply please 🙏
