SS Radiator grill installation | KTM Adventure 390 and 250 | Feat. Raneet Mallick | RR16 Designs

This is a DIY video from Raneet Mallick for radiator grill installation process on KTM Adventure 390/250.
This is applicable for all radiator grills that have similar construction, however the grill used in the video is from RR16 Designs.

This is not a CNC unit, but stainless steel mesh welded to a stainless steel structure and heat gasket pasted facing the radiator.
This is also available in powder coated black and can be customised with engraved texts for additional cost.

Hi ... we all know how imp a radiator guard is.. i want to know why you changed it... is it because the stock one is plastic that is weak... or your stock one got damaged or anything or is it just for aesthetics

Hello. With time there will always be stone chips and debris flying into vehicle radiators damaging/bending the fins which in turn reduces its efficacy. So before that happens, it's good to have a better protection. Now why metal guard? Coz it's stronger and conductive unlike ABS plastic. Why stainless steel even though aluminium is more conductive? Coz it's stronger and non-corrosive to weather elements. Aesthetics is an add-on, but then again that depends on personal preference.
