Meth itself isn't a crime no, but he used it to commit a crime (resisting lawful order and resisting arrest) making it a completely fair move for me to tell him to not produce more meth and to dispose of the meth he used to commit said crime.

It's one of the settings, I think it's "Hud Layout: Separated". Haven't played in a while though so I may be wrong.

On the one hand I can understand your frustration and responses to tide behavior + rudeness, but on the other I'm not gelling with the sheer level of vindictiveness on display. That, and enforcing law/RP on stuff that doesn't overtly impact players negatively that isn't 100% antag or pure griefer behavior is just....well, it feels bad to watch. RP shouldn't come at the cost of ruining the game for others unless it's against appropriate targets or, again, griefers. Nor should one be so.... _viscous_ when it come time to enforce Da Rules. As the Sniper would say - Be Professional. Do your job, be satisfied with it, but don't get too personal or use bad behavior on a shitter's part as a means to escalate 'legally' just to get even. Perhaps I'm too LRP or used to more lax MRP from my SS13 times, but seeing your level of enforcement of Da Rules is, while amusing when bad actors get the belt, also uncomfortable to witness. You do good videos, but I'm uncertain if you're the right SStuber for me in the long-run. None the less I wish you the best games and best of luck on the platform - god knows we need all the blessings we can get in any SS game or on YT.

Look man, its like eating bungo fruit. eventually you are gonna eat the pit and fucking die, thats called learing a lesson. in translation- if they get banned for these things this server just isn't for them. Plenty of fish in the sea (in theory at least). Like- if i as a Christian go to an asian country or something and start preaching how my religion is better then theirs i would call that a "dick move". You aren't wrong, he is very very happy to "bring justice" to these people, he litterly bragged about getting 2 peeps banned- clearly he finds some enjoyment in it. the only way to win here is not to play.
