Except for the porridge which i have not tried , basically all the stalls you recommended was spot on ! They are really delicious and worth the effort to go and eat . No wonder majority of them lasted for so long ! Thank you for the video .. now i feel the need to eat char kuey teow !! LOL !!

Great introduction to SS2 WSK. Can be quite intimidating if you never been there before So this video is a great guide for you to zero in on your favourite food as there will be more than one stall serving the same. Enough stalls for Elmo to do Part2 😂

I still remember there's an open air hawker center which is located outside of the SS2 为食街(facing the police station if I'm not mistaken), a mamak vendor's maggi goreng and chicken rice stall next to it were my then favorite too.

3:00 Your nephew japanese stall is in Sec 14 same row digital mall, Hai Keng coffeeshop. SS2 waisikai stalls open alternate, one section open Mon Tues Wed, the next section open Wed Thu Fri. Weekend mostly all open

I used to stay in SS2 too, that's almost twenty years ago, time flies! The hawker centre was a perfect place for a foodie likes me. A lot of sweet memories about all the delicious foods provided, perhaps a tame and sweet ex-girl friend who I shouldn't have jilted. All faults are mine.

Suggestion: you should restart your English KZbin channel. You don’t have to do 2 separate video recordings, you can use the same video but have a Chinese/Cantonese version and an English version as well. you can split later when you have enough subscribers.

At least its suit my taste bud and also the prawn paste, it's irresistible. But I know a lot of friends from KL that don't like the taste of prawn paste.

I tried her CKT yesterday. Hmm...very disappointed. No wok hei at all. Seasoning also not nice. My friend also said the same. For SS2 standard, her CKT is considered very bad.

We were so happy when she finally put both plates on our table. Then we ate...and went: 'Wok hei?? what Wok hei? There is ZERO wok hei!.

Stall No 12 curry mee, not nice at all and price at RM10 for small bowl, over priced indeed.. Not worth it Elmo, and the taste is also below par. Disappointed about your review. The other stores I tried so far ok.
