Hello Sir I want to share something with you. So CDS 2 2023 was my last attempt and I could not clear it despite my best efforts. It was my one and only goal and dream to join the Army but I couldn't. I am 25 and now that I cannot join, I am completely apathetic towards life and depressed. Sometimes I do get the feeling of taking the extreme step to take my life. I have had this issue when I was a teenager as well but I pushed it deep down and see if I can fulfill my dream or not. I am completely okay with death coming to me at my age. Whether intentional or accidental. But what has been happening in the past few months is that I am getting a lot of thoughts about death. And sometimes weird dreams as well. Sometimes I am even afraid to sleep. Perhaps I have insomnia. I am even keeping taking the extreme step as an option in life if things don't go right. Because of all of this my mood is severely affected and I live in fear as well. Plus fear of weird/ strange dreams lurks. Also I have Generalized Anxiety I suppose which accelerates negative feelings. Any help

Bro don't give up, you are just 25 years old. You have many many years to do wonders in life. You couldn't clear CDS because you are born to do something much greater. Everyone faces hard time, weak times create strong men. Believe in yourself, keep working
