I haven't tried it myself, but to make things a little interesting it probably should be b moves that have different properties in air vs grounded. Like Kirby's side-b, although potentially on meme value Kirby's down-b is better. On that same note, I feel like falcon/ganon side-b only wouldn't be that cool, since the aerial I think only sends straight down. Up-B cancelling and phantom hitting with doc could be cool. YLink's down-b and pika's up air have different properties based on where you hit with it, so those might be a cool single move hrc tas. Finally, falco b-moves only might be cool just because I suspect the opening moves will be to run off edge and double laser.

Could you edit the time limit to find the minimum time a character needs to hit the max?

It is possible but only through workarounds (Action Replay codes enabled/disabled at certain points in the TAS). That being said, optimizing and maxing strategies for each character is often very tedious. This video here is easy and took me like an hour, but Fox, Bowser, Doc HRC, they all took me several hours at the least. Fox took 2-3 days. I wouldn't particularly look forward to such a project. But thanks for your suggestion
