@ 3:38 the term "nair plane" predates Smash4 by an extreme margin and originated because of Fox mains in Melee which was then adopted by Project M users back in the 2.8 days of PM, which again, predates Smash 4.

it’s because downsmash and upair aren’t good enough to use them regularly. Use them as little as possible even.
