బ్రదర్, నా బరువు 98... రన్నింగ్ చేసేటపుడు సిన్ బోన్ నొప్పి విపరీతంగా వస్తుంది. అలా రాకుండా రన్నింగ్ చేస్తూ బరువు తగ్గుతూ స్టామినా పెంచుకునేలా ఎలా చేయాలో చెప్పండి.
