Sir aap baut hi acchi training karate ho ❤❤ Sir mai abhi 3-4 km bhi slow running nhi kr paata hu bina ruke. Sir mera 1600m ka physical h 1 month baad. Please thoda schedule bata dijiye stamina badhaane ke lie 🙏🙏🙏

@@vishaltomar9355 Firstly try to lose 4-5 kg body weight. 1. Starts slow run as long as you can and jab puri tarah thak jao to walk shuru rukna nhi hai bus chlte rehna hai chahe paidal fir jaise hee lge ki breathing balance ho gyi hai fir se rhn shuru and aise krte krte kam se kam 7 km try kro. Kam se kam 3 din continue. Fir 2 din Fast 400 meter ki 4 reps Min time 1:40 seconds aana chahiye. uske baad streching and lungs k 3 -3 sets. then 1 din rest and take multivitamins and electrolytes. then again next week se same pattern aise 15 din kro. Uske baad khud fark feel kroge.

Sir mera last 3 trial hai 25 min, 24:50 sec and aj 24:30 isse kam nhi ho rha hai. Sir koi solution dijiye. Hill workout, repitation workout and long running sab krta hu fir bhi time kam nhi ho rha. Sir kya karu abhi?
