What about people who work $1000 a month, get SSDI of $800 and get disqualified now from Medi Cal while they are waiting for Medicare?... What do people do about insurance then?

If my disability started April of 2021 - when I last worked. If I get approved I will only get back pay from the date I applied for disability correct, such as May of 2024?

It's BS.. TTW never called me. I emailed and called them to no avail. Useless😡

The program is awful. Constant phone calls even when you are working, plus you're supposed to mail them your paystbs as well as mail them to social security.
