Balrog Has no wakeup Option but to Block after getting up from a Knockdown against Akuma option select , But again , he can tun his Option select into the Grab as a mixup ,

For everyone that doesn't know, that is an option select ultra. Akuma's option select ultra will go through everything balrog does (dash punch, headbutt, and backdash) so basically he has to just block. That unknown commentator is just stupid for saying stuff thats not right. For everyone to know, Gootecks and Tokido are really good friends. Gootecks used to main balrog so he just wants him to win.

He doesnt have to block, hes get a hit conformable DP, he has so much dmg output, he can cover every wake up option at once, he can safe jump everything without even needing set ups, he can kill any character in 2 mix ups, he has solid buttons, he has a strong zoning game, he can effortlessly get out of the corner. Need I go on? He does what every other character does but better (except cammy) .

LOL Akuma is a top 3 character and arguably only has one bad match-up(Cammy). Having low health doesnt stop Akuma from having good damage, an insanely safe vortex game, great fireball game, good normals and high stun output.

Read again, I said it's one sided for Akuma, not for Balrog. Tokido would win 95 of 100 matches against any Balrog player in the world.

Fact 3. If you do not know what side akuma will land on from a demon flip, crouch blocks and avoid all demon flip options. This was put in place since AE. Also if you actually get mixed up by akuma not doing a demon flip you are an idiot because akuma does a grunt before every demon flip and never makes a sound with a normal jump in. Fact 4. The balrog match is freaking hard for akuma. He wins it yes but it ain't free. Fact 5. I wish akuma was as good as Seth, Cammy or Fei. >_>

But it certainly adds to character's quality if it's easy to use. If difficulty wasn't important, Dhalsim would have been SSS tier. On the other hand being good with Akuma is easy. Akuma is certainly not difficult learn, you can learn his tricks very easily. Difficult thing is mastering him like Tokido or Infiltration does.You need to be methodical. There is no room for being bad. That's what Akuma is. Seth is definitely better than Akuma if you're not equally skilled or hard working as Tokido.

Holy shit, these guys don't know the akuma matchup at all. Fact 1. Akuma cannot safe jump every character each vortex he uses is actually character specific, if you see a vortex setup by akuma used for another character that's not yours actually auto correctable. Fact 2. Akuma cannot vortex every character for example akuma cannot vortex blanka

Akuma is not S tier. If you had ever listened to Tokido before, you'd know Balrog is completely one sided match up for Akuma especially if you know what Tokido knows. This match up will deceive you. Akuma is very good but not the best character in the game at all, he has bad matchups and very low life. Seth and Cammy are definitely better than Akuma.
