Captain. Get yourself in a sauna as fast as possible for a few hours a day too clean out your lungs. It's definitely a game changer for sure. As hot as you can stand it for 10-15 minutes at a time. Good luck my friend.

Please. I’m happy there’s only one drone montage with bad elevator music in this episode. Bike rides, snorkeling or drone shots accompanied by really bad synth pop, these increasingly common interludes spoil an otherwise great sailing VLOG. I understand the copyright issues but others do more with less in the music department.
