Sometimes bullies change. I was bullied like hell in school. Several of my bullies (without any reason) apologized to me. A few have added me on social media. From what I can tell, they have changed. The ones I added on social media I've talked to a bit as well. Some of them just didn't know anything was wrong. Which is easy when their parents also saw nothing wrong with it. 1:52 I’d be careful with this stuff. It’s highly unlikely any court would say this constitutes legal violation of California 652. I’m confident in fact of that. It’s just an ass hole thing to do that’s for sure. So in a way, KZbin just took action for a violation of their responsibility clause and even that is murky. It’s all subjective given the language is about “malicious harm”. The problem is with the language. Surely this kind of behavior should have repercussions but personally I’m not comfortable with KZbin Being that entity to apply punitive measures. The horror stories this can create is mind boggling with this precedent. There’s no evidence a “smaller” channel would be banned and imo this is a ludicrous idea given it implies KZbin cares enough. They wouldn’t. You’d never get a response period. This whole outrage hinges on perceived lack of action by KZbin but thus is a legal issue. I 100% empathize with him that’s truly awful but unfortunately feeling threatened is not the same satisfying legal definitions or penal codes. Idk who tf sniper wolf is in these instances the court system is much more effective and they seem to be playing with fire even if this isn’t pursuable in court it’s now a pretense with KZbin establishing in some way publicly their rules have been violated. What Sniperwoolf did was wrong, but that doesn't mean Jack is right. Trying to stop another creator is acceptable, but it's evident that Jack also capitalized on Sniperwoolf's content and attempted to profit from it. If his sole intention was to halt what she was doing, he could have chosen not to monetize the videos. Clearly, when the videos he made about Sniperwoolf performed well, he continued to create more. If what she did can be classified as content theft, then a significant portion of KZbin creators should also be removed from the platform. At least she didn't completely appropriate someone else's video and react to it, as is common in many reaction channels. Moreover, if this is indeed a violation, it should be something that KZbin addresses, rather than relying on other creators within the platform to handle it.

The lesson learned - at least for irresponsible creators - is that if you are big or famous enough, you can get away with anything. What SSSniperWolf & KZbin did was set a horrible precedent! By showing weakness and showing that they are willing to look the other way, it tells other creators that as long they are KZbin darlings they can do whatever they want and the rules won’t apply to them. And this sort of story usually ends when someone gets killed, the government gets involved, or both!
