I loved the way tsm genuinely put up a fight against the best korean team with a massive gold deficit. The very last play could have easily won them that game if they could pick twitch off. I honestly think they should have waited like another 15 second to let ssw go down closer to their base and then just straight up base race that shit.

Base race wouldnt have worked because super minions were with white while TSM would have to tank the turrents. On the other hand, what they probably had in mind was take both inhibs, back quickly, and the lanes push to SSW base and pressure bot lane. If they did that flawlessly, than yeah they could have won. I know it's a team sport but Amazing was completely at fault there...

Team Rocket Rockin 1. Fifth in the world is still really fucking impressive. That's better than EVERY other team other then 4. 2. The reason they only got fifth is because of who they were put up against, and they still took a game off of who looks like they're going to be the winners so if they do win without losing another game then TSM is effectively the second best team in the world.

TSM competed, that's all you can really ask of them. But it's undeniable that they have grown a great deal since before the NA regional finals. They'll be back next year even better. Bjerg's shotcalling vastly improved but Dyrus and Amazing had lackluster performances in the series. TSM was still able to dictate a large part of the game in objectives despite the 10k gold deficit. These guys just need to spend more time together, I mean for a team that's been together since July, they did a hell of a job. Let's hope C9 can build off of TSM's success and win the series against the "weaker" SSB.

I watch spring and summer season and they rly grown a lot. In spring season they were 90% skill in lane and only 10% teamwork for mid and late. In summer they had a lot of problem but they still become 1'. I don't think C9 can win vs SSB, i like C9 but i think we will have SSW vs SSB.

The professional scene in League of Legends today is actually less fun to watch than solo queue games, because everyone tunnels in hard on those meta picks and nothing else. What do I mean? Looper on Singed, because he can play a comfort pick and make it seem like he's meta despite he's not. Faker with that Olaf mid because he can. Good luck wishing for these picks today. I think it is because they fell back into their old bad habit of throwing a game because of overconfidence, cockiness and arrogance. A thing they wanted to avoid at all costs. It is their big weakness and when it is made apparent that your old flaw is still not overcome even though you worked hard is quite frustrating.

I wasn't planning on commenting, but what Dandy said was exactly what I was saying leading up to this. SSW has everyone thinking they will win, so if they do so what? Yeah they won, but everyone expected them too. TSM went into the game the underdogs. They have never beat a Korean team before, and SSW was undefeated this worlds, so TSM had many chances to do something that would shine. The fact they beat SSW who was undefeated until last game, AND as their first Korean win, was a win all of its own. They won from SSW being cocky, but a win is a win. I feel bad that SSW has the critisism from their fan-base (If what he said was true, which is understandable), but I'm very happy that TSM got a win. This was a victory for them. A small one, but it still shows they have great potential. And lastly, as much as I am sad, and a little bitter, about SSW winning. GG SSW. You guys really do deserve the praise you get and the fear you instil, and while I want C9 to beat you still, I know you guys have put a lot of effort into this. if you do win you will defiantly deserve it. My only hope is we as America, make you work for it!

Don't get me wrong, I completely blame amazing for 2 of the 3 TSM losses, but people need to remember that this team barely got together as 5 in late July.That's 3 MONTHS of working together vs. a korean team thats been together for years. I do have problems with Amazing's limited champ pool but unless they can find someone who is far superior, doesnt have a team, and can speak english like really soon; it would only hurt the team because they need to keep building chemistry.

I think the last game was pretty good by TSM but the problem is that the only TSM win in 3' game was 60% skill and 40% throw by SSW (still a good game by TSM). I don't think C9 will win tomorrow vs SSB but they are 0-2 vs them. For now Korean teams lost only 3 games, they are really strong.

You can't know for sure that he was thinking it was a good idea. The team decided on that strategy and just needed to execute it. They were lacking too much information to execute it so the way they played it out was just the same as betting, a matter of luck. However once they got a bit of Information that they needed it was already too late. If the minions weren't there, the first inhib could've been taken down and by the time SSW were back they would have already finished the second inhib. You can't just purely blame him and spout nonsense as if you understood what happened. Just because he was the guy ahead doesn't mean he should take the blame.

I'm not spouting nonsense... I'm paying attention to the game. They're professional gamers. They should know that the minion waves coming out of both bases are on the same timers, traveling the same speeds. They knew SSW was pushing mid while they were grouped in the FoW, and they could have looked at their own minions to see where the enemy's wave was. And honestly, anyone who watched the match and understands the game understood what was happening. They had all the information they needed. Even Jatt says himself it could have been executed cleaner. I mean... why do you think Amazing stepped down from the starting roster? Everyone knows he threw that game, including Amazing. He got skiddish, which made him impatient, so he jumped over the wall way ahead of his team and alerted SSW. I'm putting the blame on Amazing's shoulders for that throw because that's exactly where it's supposed to be.

Deokflsa Allow me to correct yourself. They didn't have all the information they needed. It was there but when they finally noticed it was too late and they jumped the gun. Sure if his whole team flashed the wall the play could have been much cleaner and could have stalled the game, but as you said these are professional player and they are on the world stage but they are not machines. They can also make mistakes. Amazing left the team because he couldn't adapt to his new lifestyle in NA and he got the blame for everything wrong that happened with TSM ever since Lustboy arrived. He didn't want to burden the hate any longer despite how far he made it with the team. All the way to the Quarterfinals at WORLDS! In my perspective he should be given more respect, sure he's the one that got caught far ahead alerting white but this is just one mistake that now overshadows his amazing plays.

You're just repeating yourself. And normally when you correct someone, you're presenting a counter argument and providing new points. You said nothing that "corrected" me. Saying they didn't have the information they needed is false. Everyone who plays a match has a minimap. They HAD the information they needed, but like you said, they just didn't use it correctly. Even so, anyone with common sense who has ever used a risky strat like that knows that you should group as five and stay as five. ESPECIALLY, when it's the Quarterfinals at Worlds. Now, you seem to be getting the feeling that I'm out for Amazing's blood or something by saying that he threw the game for his team. You misunderstand me. Amazing is a great player and I do respect him. He's a professional and much better than I'll ever be. But just like in other sports like football, he's going to be held to a much higher standard, and mistakes like this are going to be a black mark on his record. I agree that professionals are human and can make mistakes, most definitely. But it's mistakes that loses games, and Amazing's was just one too many. Instead of making an opportunity to keep the game alive, his mistake threw that away. That's what throwing a game means. You're throwing away the last opportunity to win the game. People will be able to look at this game and analyze Amazing's performances from that. For example, I'm willing to wager that he had never played a professional game on a stage that size or for so many people, especially including live viewers at home. Nerves could have been a factor. The pressure of Worlds could have been weighing on him. Then we look at the games themselves. They were getting stomped by SSW. The only win that they had to their name was from overconfidence on White's part and letting their guard down. Also take into account just how handily Amazing was beaten role to tole versus Dandy. Dandy was outplaying Amazing in every game. Take all of that into account, and Amazing was probably on tilt. Now, from all of that, one could easily say that Amazing has a hard time in high-pressure situations. He has a hard time playing from behind or keeping himself from being on tilt. Whenever on tilt, he can be prone to rash decisions. All of this combines into the mistakes he made which led to him throwing the game. But, by saying that, I'm not calling Amazing a BAD player. He just has a lot to work on and improve in himself and games.

honestly guys, getting "bored" in the game because the koreans are better? if anything the rest of the world should get on their level because of how good they are? how can you be bored with geuinely better play than the teams you are fanboying? you guys are just salty

Tsm could have actually won if they stayed a little longer then go in n destroy the inhibitors rapidly n win the game, but still a good game by ssw

Personally, I think the main problem with TSM right now is their early game shotcalling. they constantly get outplayed in terms of strategy not even skills. Amazing keeps falling behind in every game except 3rd. AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTROL AMAZING. He's a great player and CAN provide alot for the team but he goes WAYYY too aggressive even when behind and screws up the chances that they had. Primary example. HE DID NOT NEED TO JUMP IN AND KILL BRAUM. yes he can reset the E and jump out but SSW had way too much damage for him to go out for a SUPPORT. got damage on him, great now take advantage of the basically 4 v 5 and do something. Instead he goes crazy and ends up with 4 v 4 with SSW having the essential members alive.
