Hey allison! I am a local in st.Augustine! I’ve lived here my whole life and I absolutely love it! Sweet water is definitely one of my favorite coffee shops! I also love DOS. A great thrift store is St.Vincents. And if you are interested in visiting churches the Memorial Presbyterian Church is so lovely. It amazes how beautiful it is everytime I go and is so welcoming! We have so many “little free libraries” in our neighborhood. There are a lot of children so it’s mainly children’s books which is so sweet. My son and I often put books there and borrow some on our walks.

I love St Augustine but haven’t been in 15+ years. Visited multiple times during work trips to the region. Nice that you guys have made it a yearly tradition. Next time you go treat yourselves to the Lightner Museum. It is one of the most interesting museums I have been to. Lots of variety in the collection… at least it was 15 years ago. Large glass collection, button collection, sand art and some interesting furniture pieces and of course painting and such. Thank you for sharing your travels and reminding me of fond memories of St Augustine.
