I worked at a delicatessen and we made Milano sausages. People would flock to the shop for them. They were so good sliced thin on crusty white bread.

This was so interesting....Thanks, Dan. I can hardly wait for the video on the Ambrosian Rite. I know so little about it. I do know that they do the Kyrie next to the collect, after the Gloria in excelsis (when there is one). Also on martyrs' day they burn a large globe-like thing.
