I LOVE these stories. When searching “lives of the saints”, I usually only find very early church Italian builders, that are not even clear if they really lived or are only legend. These living-memory Saints with pictures are SO impactful.

This is truly the best and most enjoyable You Tube video I’ve ever seen on the life of Bernadette of Lourdes. The story and script, are extremely well written and carefully researched. Although I have listened to an audio of Bernadette's diary a couple of times, as well as seen several videos and most of the English-speaking movies about Bernadette, this video is my most favorite presentation about her life.. There are so many delightful and interesting bits of information in this video that I never have heard of before in any of the audios, videos, or movies I’ve encountered. Of course, as with all of this Channel’s videos, I love the style and presentation, as well as the beautiful, well-timed images and wonderful expressive narration of the speaker. When I first visited Lourdes, my life was tramsformed by prayer offered to the Holy Virgin Mary: the Immacate Conception, for all sick people. A great heavenly power existed in these prayers. When I visited Nevers as part of a Benedictine Pilgrimage, in the Church there, where very close by one could sense a massive power felt through the Power of Prayer, a unique visitor from Heaven in full heavenly glory stood there in "exquisite soul" status, before me in the Church where she lay and still does. Her name was and is Saint Bernadette. What a truly wondrous experience and extremely great direction with comfort for us, on our pilgim journey here on earth to Heaven. 🎶Amazing Grace.!"🎶 🎶How great Thou art.."🎶 Eternal "Thank You God" to You, Our Lady our Blessed Mother and Holy Angels and Saints in Heaven! I love St Bernadette ! All this beautiful girl went through yet she should still strong! She suffered so much ! Imagine how lucky she was for The Blessed Mother to appear before her! If everyone in this world could open there hearts to the Love of The !Most High like this beautiful girl did how wonderful this world would be! And living in such poverty ! It makes me cry for all the pain she was in and she still was kind Loving and good !Oh my God why can't we all be like her !Such evil in the world ! @saintdvd Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words! I am able to include many details in my videos because I read books and do research, rather than just type a saint's name into a search engine and copy word-for-word an AI summary and have it narrated by an AI voice. That's much easier, true, and can be churned out much faster. But I want my videos to have real value for my viewers. That's why it takes me 2 to 3 weeks to make each video, but it's a labor of love, and I feel it's worthwhile. I have read many books on St. Bernadette throughout my lifetime, and tried to give a good overall picture of her as a "real person." It means the world to me that you enjoyed and appreciated it! St. Bernadette is a lucky person who did not stayed so long in this world, that surrounded by all temptation. On her movie I saw her that she died in her young ages. 33 years old or 34 years old, she just started to become a woman and she has she left this earth with regrets. But the God's has take her away because his grateful loved dwells upon her. Amen. ❤.

Another channel blatantly ripped off the beginning of this video in their own recent video on Bernadette. Did not exactly copy, but began it the same way, with the same baptism story. This video was made first, so their unoriginality is obvious.Why can't people come up with their own original take?

Yes, unfortunately this happens. It's a shame they can't do the work to come up with their own hooks. From the posting date, anyone can see whose video came first, so I don't know why they'd want to look like copycats. I watch KZbin a lot, but I generally avoid watching other videos on the same topics as I create, so as to do my own research and come up with my own take. Stealing ideas is just the lazy way. What goes around comes around, and I try not to stress about it, unless it's an outright copyright violation.
